About Mint Handover
We know Pendleton well. Since 2016, we have been scrubbing floors and descaling bathrooms in M6. We started small, just two of us with a van, because we were tired of losing our own deposits. We figured there had to be a better way.

It’s pretty bad. We see thick limescale on shower heads and taps constantly. Regular cleaners often struggle to shift it. We use specialized acid-based descalers that melt it away safely.
We can do. It’s an optional extra. We use hot water extraction machines (steam cleaning) which is what most agencies require. Just let us know when you book and we will add it to the quote.
We try to be flexible. If you are moving out at the end of the month, please book a few days ahead as it gets busy. However, we often have slots for same-day or next-day service if you are in a rush.
