We guarantee the cleaning aspect of your deposit. If an agent flags a cleaning issue within 48 hours, we return to fix it for free. Obviously, we can’t fix actual damage (like a hole in the wall or a broken door), but the cleaning will be spot on.
We focus on the interior. We can clean exterior windows if accessible, but we don’t do gardening or rubbish removal from the yard. We can refer you to local services for that if needed.
